( ETS, 2003 ) Components of ICT literacy Access - knowing about and knowing how to gather  information.  Manage -  classification plan.  Integrate - interpreting and representing information. It involves condensing, comparing and contrasting.  Evaluate - making judgments about the quality,  connection , usefulness of information.
