• 1. What can be the challenges of online education in the school level?
• Ans: -
• Lack of ICT tools, poor management. Lack of maintenance and frequent power cut.
• We cannot create laboratory fast way when need because lack of money and waiting for budget.
• Well, access to technology, parents' affordability and how teachers integrate ICT in educational activities can be determinant factors.
• 2. How can a teacher helps students to show their hidden talent?
• Ans:
• Have you ever given them opportunities to use mobile, laptop or internet? I believe such new technologies can help them explore new knowledge and share their ideas with other people. This strategy can help them express talents. 
• we can organize different participating programs and can analyse , In what kind of programs your students are interested that might help.
• To give assignment regarding brain and drain project or unique task.
• At first making students aware of what talents they have. Then making them do it for example if they have singing talents, letting them sing. Organizing a talents program of dance, singing, poetry, acting, etc. 
• By providing encouragement and inspiration as well as giving them opportunity to display their talent
• 3.Which app or software is suitable for teaching a students through online?
• Ans:
• There are different tools these days that have been practicing in teaching learning process like zoom, google classroom, flipitty etc.
• 4. How we can motivate our student to use mobile application on education ?
• Ans:
• you can share some educational apps to them and join their team to discuss ideas. You can use TikTok to share your creativities such as cake making, painting, or so on.
